Enjoy a fantastic night at the theatre experiencing Ballarat Lyric Theatre’s production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert while also fundraising for your organisation. Tuesday 12 or Wednesday 13 July are our Community Fundraising Nights at the Theatre. It is your opportunity to invite your organisation's members to enjoy the night together, making up to $10* for every ticket you sell to the show.
How it Works:

Sell as many tickets to Ballarat Lyric Theatre’s production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert as you can. You can make up to $10* per adult ticket and $5* for every child ticket.

How many tickets are needed to reach your target? Who’s collecting the money? What about advertising? A little pre-planning ensures a much smoother, stress-free and ultimately successful fundraising campaign. 3/ Gather the Troops
Fundraising is a team effort. Find out how many potential sellers are available to help, plan how to communicate with them, and let them know to notify their family and friends of the opportunity to see a fantastic show while helping their club/school achieve their fundraising goals.
4/ Collate your Ticket Register
5/ Collect the Funds
The most important bit – ensuring all the funds are collected, paid into an account nominated by you. All ticket sales must be registered and paid to Ballarat Lyric Theatre by Monday 6 June 2022.
6/ Direct Debit your Ticket Sales by 6 June 2022
Upon receipt of your invoice, transfer your ticket costs to the Ballarat Lyric Theatre Bank Account,
BSB 633000 A/C 108975541 (reference CN & your organisation name!)
Ballarat Lyric Theatre will advise your Contact Person once tickets are available for collection at Her Majesty’s Theatre. A representative from your organisation will collect ALL tickets associated with your fundraising effort. It is up to you to distribute tickets to the ticket purchasers.
NB: Direct debit only the funds that you owe to Ballarat Lyric Theatre, as indicated on your invoice.
7/ Celebrate Success
Enjoy your night at the theatre with your local community.
Terms and Conditions:
Email your ticket register lists to firstname.lastname@example.org by Sunday 29 May 2022. Due to potential Covid impositions, full name and contact details are required for each ticket allocated.
Each ticket must be paid for and registered to Ballarat Lyric Theatre by Monday 6 June 2022.
One ticket equals one seat in Her Majesty’s Theatre Ballarat at the Ballarat Lyric Theatre Production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert The Musical on the night of Tuesday 12 or Wednesday 13 July 2022. Not redeemable for other dates.
Ticket costs to fundraising organisation if sell over 20 tickets collectively:
Adult - $45
Child - $35
Ticket costs to fundraising organisation if sell under 20 tickets collectively:
Adult - $48
Child - $38
Organisations can on-sell tickets at the recommended retail price below, all profits become your organisation's fundraising dollars raised:
Adult - $55
Child - $40
Tickets are to be collected from Her Majesty’s Theatre when advised by a representative from your organisation who will collect ALL tickets associated with your fundraising effort. It is up to your organisation to distribute tickets to the ticket purchasers.
